CHILLED WATER OUTAGE - NORTH RAL - JUNE 25, 26, 27 - 5AM TO 5PM DAILY


TO ALL IN NORTH RAL:

As part of the CAMPUS Heat Recovery Project occurring in RAL, there will be a CHILLED WATER SHUTDOWN on Tuesday, June 25, Wednesday, June 26 and Thursday, June 27.   The outage will be from 5:00am to 5:00pm each day.    Those spaces directly affected by the shutdown were informed in a separate email yesterday but they are attached to this email as well.  There is also a questionnaire attached to answer any questions about this shutdown.  Those affected may notice warmer temperatures during the outage.  The reason for this outage to is tie into the chilled water loop for the new chillers that will be installed in North RAL.  Further details of the outage are below:

Outage Reason : SHUTDOWN OF CHILLED WATER SYSTEM IN RAL IN ORDER TO TIE INTO THE CAMPUS CHILLED WATER LOOP. IN SUPPORT OF PROJECT U16061.
Building Sections affected : ALL EQUIP ASSOCIATED WITH TRANE AND MCQUAY CHILLERS. AHU-S25, AHU-S18, AHU-S6, SA-405, TWO FANS IN CEILING OF ROOM 221, AND ONE FAN IN ROOM 19.
Building Services affected : COOLING
Building Occupants Effect : WARMER TEMPS
