TO ALL IN RAL NORTH:
This email serves as a notification to perform work on the ground
floor of RAL North. Alpha’s intent is to stub conduit from the
corridor into lab and offices on the ground floor of RAL North. Alpha is
looking to begin work on September 30th and end on October
3rd. Alpha’s hours of operations would be from 6 am- 3:00 pm.
There will be some noise associated as a result of drilling through the walls
in the corridors. The subcontractor will make sure that there will be no
impediment to occupants in this area. The areas occupied by the subcontractor
will be the corridors of the ground floor of RAL North. Limited access
will be needed to the labs and office spaces that they will be drilling into.
Actual work in the lab and office spaces will be brief. Please find
attached markup that show that areas that work will be performed in. The yellow
areas shows the lab and offices spaces that will be stubbed into. The light
blue areas show the corridors where Alpha will be drilling from into the labs
and office spaces.
After work is completed, they will make sure that all material will be
removed from the corridors and any debris will be cleaned. If you
